The owner was very rude and don’t even try to ask questions…he will rush you even for 1 question. If you read this, and try to go; just watch and see. He will come oI Came to this business to get an inspection early this morning around 8 AM. Can you tell me that a brake light was out and look at my balloon it wouldn’t pass without it so he said that he could fix, So I asked how much, And he told me it would be $165 an hour is what he charges. I told him I would go somewhere else to get it fixed. That doesn’t let me know how much it’s gonna be because you literally just have to pop the panel off unscrew two screws and screw the lightbulb that I already have back in. He mentioned something about wasting time, after me asking 1 question. So, I told him I’d replace it myself. He pulled the car out and let me know that everything was inside. I went to the store to get the wrench to replace my light and I did not see my registration. I still have not found my registration, and he claims that he does not have it . I’m not sure where it is. It’s not between my seats, but I can’t find it. I wanted to also add that when I ask him to just take my number just in case he finds it he refused

Steve is the best! Very honest and reasonable. All the work he has done for me and my husband was top notch. Never had any problems.

Ended up here b/c my (honest) shop was too booked out. Wanted $900 for a new starter (that I didn't end up needing) and charged me $60 to allegedly clean the battery connections. Wish I had seen these reviews before I went in.

If you have the misfortune of having to do business here because all the honest shops are closed, make sure you double and triple check that all the work on your vehicle is necessary. I was told my vehicle needed a new radiator, thermostat and water pump for over $1,200 after having a large coolant leak. After questioning that, the mechanic looked at me like I was crazy and behaved rudely, but eventually found the problem to be that the hose was disconnected and then charged me $300 to reconnect it and refill my coolant reservoir. These people swore up and down that if I didn't do the exorbitant work they recommended, the repair won't last but here we are, years later, and it's still going strong. It's been a while since this happened and I wanted to let this go, but when I hear this is a recurring problem, I feel it's my responsibility to make the public aware. EDIT: No need to make things up to cover for your shady business practices. All the one star reviews speak for themselves.

There are a few "service" relationships you need in your life to know that you are getting the best care you need, nothing extra that you don't need, and getting charged fairly. Your doctor should probably be at the top of that list - your auto-mechanic has to be close behind on that list. Fortunately for me, I've been going to Steve & the team at Accurate Automotive for over 15 years and they have always taken excellent care of me and my vehicles over the years. They have worked on my domestic and import cars, and the results have always been great. I've referred several friends, and they always come back to me with thanks and praises for Accurate Automotive.
